BOARD OF DIRECTORS:The following people are presently voluntarily serving on our Board:
A message from the President of the Board of Directors, Al Moore:As we head into spring 2010, I am reminded, that the Lord has been faithful to the Christian Food Mission. Faithful over these many years and I believe that HE will direct our efforts heading toward 30 years of service. That is service in terms of giving of gifts and talents by volunteers, donors, and our trusted employees. Each week we attempt to honor Christ by feeding both physical and spiritual food. As possible, we donate to help others serve in a simular way. I am thankful for the many local churches who have gathered and donated food both for our meals and for a food pantry which gives to those in need. 2009 was a time of transformation and changing the structure of our organization. We were blessed to add another valuable worker and we were saddened by the loss of long time board member and secretary Suzanne Dykes. Looking forward, our challenges will remain the need for food to serve and for volunteers who prepare and deliver the lunch routes.
